Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Versa Interiors. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and interaction with our website. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.


Store Policies:

All products are final sale and returns are not accepted.


Services and Financial Transactions:

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services and conduct financial transactions as necessary.


Customer Expectations:

We inform about the possibility of errors in information and website downtime. We ask you to manage your expectations accordingly.


Copyright:

Contents are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, including reproduction, adaptation, and commercial use, is not permitted without our consent.


User Behavior Standards:

Unlawful behavior, hate speech, harassment, unauthorized promotions, spam, and any other activity violating our standards are prohibited.


Deactivation of User Accounts:

We reserve the right to deactivate user accounts in case of violation of these terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom items do not qualify for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that once the cabinet or vanity is installed, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at info@versainteriors.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

All of our products can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order yourself by logging into your account and deleting the order.
  • If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service team to request a cancellation.

Please note:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • We cannot guarantee any requests to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun.
  • Custom or specialty products (e.g., special orders or items that are not a stock size) cannot be canceled once production has started.



Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Installed items, such as cabinets or vanities.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Sale items and gift cards.

If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) cannot be exchanged. For more information, please refer to the Exceptions / Non-returnable Items section.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all eligible returns.
  • Refunds may take additional time to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
