Travel is included in the price. Before work begins, we’ll confirm the scope in writing. If the property needs work beyond the included scope, we’ll flag it and provide a clear add-on price for approval before completing any additional work.

How long does an exterior refresh take?
It depends on the package and property size. An Entryway Refresh typically takes 4–5 hours, a Complete Exterior Glow-Up is usually completed in about 8 hours, and a Total Property Restoration typically takes 2 full days.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. For exterior work, you generally don’t need to be home while we work. Homeowners, sellers, realtors, landlords, and property managers can arrange access and scheduling in advance so we can complete the work efficiently.
Can you handle roof moss removal or structural repairs?
Roof-level moss removal and major structural repairs are not included in our standard exterior refresh packages. If we identify additional work such as structural deck or fence repairs, we’ll flag it and provide a separate quote before any additional work begins.
Can I book pressure washing only?
Yes. If you only need pressure washing and don’t require the complete exterior refresh, we can provide a separate quote based on the property’s size and the areas that need to be cleaned.
What if my property needs more work than the package includes?
We’ll identify anything that falls outside the confirmed package scope and provide a clear, separate price for approval before completing any additional work. No surprise charges.
Do you work with realtors and property managers?
Yes. We work with homeowners, realtors, sellers, landlords, and property managers to prepare properties for listing photos, showings, new tenants, or sale. We can coordinate scheduling and access directly with the person managing the property.
